About The Recipes
In 2016, before I went vegan, I tried multiple attempts at a plant based diet. I waded through so many recipes with weird or hard to find ingredients, or recipes that unnecessarily swapped pasta for calorie-free zucchini noodles (nobody’s fooled) and I longed for straightforward, simple recipes that would make me forget I was vegan.
This is what I do here- offer delicious and easy vegan recipes that won’t break the bank or have you Googling ingredients you can’t pronounce.
